The Green Mountain Dojo has been teaching traditional Kyokushin Karate for nearly three decades. We currently offer classes in Waterbury, Vermont for children ages 6 and up as well as adults. In addition, classes are offered in Ashland, Massachusetts at the Marubashi Dojo.

As members of the International Kyokushin Karate Organization; IKO Sosai, we are dedicated to preserving the rigorous standards and moral principles of Kyokushin as set forth by founder and late grandmaster, Sosai Masutatsu Oyama.
