Vermont Summer Gasshuku Aug 1-3, 2008 The 2008 Vermont Summer Gasshuku was held at the Harvey's Lake Cabins & Campground in West Barnet. Despite the frequent periods of rain and soggy camping conditions, everyone enjoyed the weekend. Training took place mostly indoors. We managed to hold one session outside between downpours. Training encompassed a wide variety of topics such as kihon, ido-geiko, kata & bunkai, goshin jitsu, and a more indepth study of the dynamics of sanchin.
