Trial Class Required for Ages 5 - 8
A trial class is the best way to determine if your child is ready for a structured karate class. All kids ages 5 - 8 are required to try a class first before joining. This gives your child a chance to experience what the class is like, as well as understand class expectations. The instructor will provide feedback and determine whether your child is ready to join the class. Students must be willing and able to follow simple instructions, be cooperative and behave in an acceptable manner. Please complete a registration form for trial classes as well - as this is a necessary insurance requirement.

I hereby agree that I will indemnify and otherwise hold harmless, the Green Mountain Dojo and any of its employees, instructors, or volunteers against all losses or claims in the event of any mishap, personal injury, loss of life, or loss or damage of personal property, during karate classes or any other dojo sponsored event in which I/my child participates. I understand that although safety precautions are always taken during training, there is always risk of injury.

Membership & Tuition/Payment Terms
Regular karate classes – fees are due monthly, the first week of each new month. A $10 late fee will be due after the 10th of the month. Uniforms and training gear are additional. Fees for special workshops and events are due prior to their start date. Pre-payment is required to hold a space and a minimum number of participants is needed to hold the workshop/class. Payment is refunded immediately if class does not run
